3. Explanation of core structure disassembly
Top load-bearing and fixing system
• Central main boom: Made of thickened high-strength alloy material, it serves as the core load-bearing structure, vertically penetrating the lifting structure to bear the weight of the entire machine and operational torque. Equipped with a dual locking design consisting of anti-loose lock nuts and anti-backout pins, it ensures no thread slipping or loosening even under long-term vibration.
• Inclined-pull steel cable stable structure: Multiple sets of 304 stainless steel cables are arranged radially, with one end fixed to the steel beam of the factory building and the other end connected to the middle of the main suspension rod, forming a stable triangular support with multi-directional force distribution. This effectively counteracts radial sway, resonance, and wind load impact generated by the operation of the ceiling fan, significantly enhancing the overall structural stability and eliminating high-altitude sway.
•Steel beam fasteners: Equipped with dedicated clamps/expandable bolts, they are rigidly connected to the load-bearing steel beams of the factory building, ensuring the top stress points are firm and reliable. They are suitable for various installation scenarios, such as steel structure factory buildings and concrete roofs.
Connection structure between motor and fan blade
• Integrated base for outer rotor motor: It adopts a one-piece thickened flange plate, which is rigidly connected to the motor housing. Serving as the core load-bearing platform for fan blade installation, it locks the fan blade root to the motor base through multiple sets of high-strength bolts, achieving an integrated rigid transmission between the motor and fan blade. This ensures no gaps, no looseness, high coaxiality during operation, and eliminates the risk of fan blade vibration and detachment.
• Reinforced design at the fan blade root: The fan blades are made of thickened aluminum-magnesium alloy, with reinforced ribs at the root. They are doubly secured through multi-point bolt locking and anti-loosening glue, ensuring no stress concentration or deformation at the fan blade root during high-speed rotation. This ensures stable airflow and structural safety for long-term use.
Electrical and protective structure
•Line sealing and protection: The wire entry point on the top of the motor adopts a waterproof and anti-pull sealing structure. The internal wiring harness undergoes flame retardant insulation, wear resistance, and temperature resistance treatments. A wire threading channel is reserved inside the main suspension rod to avoid exposed and worn lines, thus eliminating electrical safety hazards such as high-altitude electric leakage and short circuits.
• Fully enclosed motor protection: The outer rotor motor adopts a fully enclosed dust and waterproof structure, which not only protects the internal permanent magnet stator and rotor from workshop dust and moisture erosion, but also avoids injury and foreign object entrapment during operation, while improving the motor's heat dissipation efficiency and ensuring long-term stable operation.
